Full?time | Day Shift | Weekly Pay | Great Benefits We’re looking for reliable, hands?on Installation Technicians to join our growing team. If you have mechanical ability, enjoy working with tools, and like building or fixing things, this is a great opportunity. We install pre?made and pre?assembled truck equipment for municipal fleets, government vehicles, and commercial customers. You’ll also help repair and service equipment that we originally installed. No two days are the same — you’ll work with a variety of truck bodies, lift gates, van interiors, dump bodies, snow equipment, and more. We provide training, tools, and a stable work environment where safety and quality come first. What You’ll Do Install pre?assembled truck bodies, lift gates, van packages, dump bodies, snow removal equipment, and specialty components Make basic hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical connections Perform repairs, adjustments, and service work on installed equipment Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and installation instructions Work with a team to meet deadlines and customer expectations Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What We’re Looking For Experience using hand and power tools Ability to measure, assemble, and troubleshoot mechanical components Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge Strong problem?solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions Preferred (Not Required) 1–3 years of mechanical, automotive, or equipment installation experience Basic mechanic’s toolbox and personal tools Knowledge of 12–24V electrical systems Familiarity with air or hydraulic systems Welding experience is a plus — we can train you Why You’ll Love Working Here Free employee?only health insurance (family plans available) Stable company in business since 1957 All major tools provided — hand tools, power tools, specialty tools, and safety gear Supportive team environment with training and growth opportunities Work that’s hands?on, steady, and rewarding Work Environment This is a shop?based role with consistent hours and year?round work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
