Research invites applicants for a grant-funded Postdoc / Lab
Manager position. The responsibilities combine those of a Postdoc
and Lab Manager: Scientific research in the areas of
(nano)photonics and (nano)photonics materials. Training students to
conduct research and assisting them with their research projects.
Equipment and lab maintenance, small-scale equipment repair,
software installation, and communication with service engineers.
Purchase of equipment and supplies and communicating with vendors.
Writing technical reports and peer reviewed publications.

Candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Optical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Candidate should have knowledge and experience in research areas of
(nano)photonics and (nano)photonic materials. The applicant’s
competency in research should be evidenced by peer-reviewed
scientific publications and conference presentations. Additional

have hands-on technical experience, and equipment maintenance
skills. The applicant should have good communication skills and be
