Operations Analyst to join our MCIA team supporting our growing
Marine Corps programs at Quantico, VAThe Marine Corps Intelligence
Activity (MCIA), Kill Chain Analysis Branch (KCAB), conducts
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence,
Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) analysis on adversarial
weapons systems of concern to the Marine Corps capability
development community. The USMC strategy indicates a need for
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence,
Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) analysis on adversarial
weapons systems to provide intelligence analysis in support of
operations and capability development in support of an expanded
emphasis on meeting 21st Century challenges in an information
driven environment. The Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I)
Campaign Plan will require increased intelligence support to meet
these challenges.This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI
clearanceGeneral Responsibilities:A level of effort in support of
MCIA KCAB to include C4ISR analysis of adversarial weapons
systemsAnalysis of adversary's targeting cycle and their ability to
find, fix, track, target, engage and assess Marine Corps equities
that have impacts on foreign military capabilities or counters to
U.S. military capabilitiesThe contractor shall conduct C4ISR
research, analysis and produce finished assessments on information
systems, weapons systems, communication systems, countermeasure
systems, and emerging and disruptive technologies that will likely
affect US Marine Corps operationsProvide occasional, subject matter
briefs, briefing materials, and responses to requests for
information.Provide C4ISR products in support of USMC and DOD
concepts, capability development and acquisitions customers. These
products may be in the form of MCIA Notes, Notes in Brief, Threat
Modules, or Threat Briefings and other CDRL items.Other duties as
requiredMandatory Skills Requirements:This position requires an
active DoD TS//SCI ClearanceThe contractor shall have a degree in
Science Technology Engineering or Math (STEM) related to the
subject matterContractor will provide technical assistance to the
Marine Corps Intelligence Activity by developing representative
software models for systems in the following categories: Radars,
Satellites, Sensors, Aircraft, Naval vessels, Weapons, Command and
control nodes, Logistics, Radios/Communications, and other military
systems of interest as determined by the customerSystems
Engineering and some Software Development background
requiredWorking knowledge of DoD systems and the process for
introducing changes and new software into the environmentScripting
background to include PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python or the
ability to quickly learn to implementOther Skills Preferred: List
in bulleted formatFamiliar with Marine Corps processes, procedures,
and interoperability requirementsHave a working knowledge of C4ISR
within the DOD to include C4ISR production Centers and
responsibilities.Experience with DoD/Intelligence analysis tools
such as Advanced Framework for Simulation and Modeling (AFSIM) or
Integrated Threat Analysis Simulation Environment (ITASE)Physical
requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%For
all positions requiring access to technology/software source code
that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company
is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining
