Position Summary
Are you passionate about safeguarding classified information and
ensuring compliance with federal regulations? Are you a skilled
leader capable of managing dynamic workloads and prioritizing
security initiatives? Oceaneering's Marine Services Division (MSD)
is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role
of Facility Security Manager (FSO). In this critical position, you
will oversee the security aspects of multiple programs, serving as
the primary point of contact for all security matters affecting
MSD.
Duties of this position require industrial security oversight of
multiple programs within Oceaneering's Marine Services Division
(MSD). The primary goal of this position will be to ensure
compliance with Federal Government and Company mandated security
policies and procedures in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 National
Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM). Includes controlled
information accountability and overall security of classified
program information. Flexibility with irregular work hours and
occasional travel may be required if security situations arise.

ESSENTIAL
Performs specialized security functions as the Facility Security
Officer to ensure the company's compliance with customer
regulations and contract requirements. Major responsibilities of
