As a Shop and Deliver Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of groceries to our customers. This position demands precision, punctuality, and a deep understanding of customer service. Utilizing our robust app and web platforms, you will select, purchase, and deliver orders from our partnered retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Instacart's reputation for convenience and quality. Carefully select and purchase groceries as per customer orders using the Instacart app. Coordinate efficiently with retail partners and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product availability. Deliver groceries within specified timeframes, ensuring optimal condition and order accuracy. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining professional conduct and service. Handle and resolve customer issues relating to delivery or order specifics in real time. Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer interactions, helping refine delivery operations. Proficiency in using mobile devices and navigation software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to handle physical requirements of shopping and delivery, including lifting and carrying items. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Background check required.
