Work Location: 736 Battlefield Blvd N, Chesapeake, VA 23320 - Start
Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 Weeks - Shift Options: - Evening:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM - Night: 8:30 PM – 7:30 AM (7 on / 7 off
possible) - Schedule: 5x8 hours, rotating shifts (weekdays every
3rd weekend) - Charting System: Epic Requirements - Experience:
Minimum 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience - Education: Bachelor
of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred - License: Active
Virginia (VA) Pharmacist License (REQUIRED at submission – no
exceptions) - Certifications: RPh required - Skills Required: - IV
compounding - Pain management (PCA) - Antibiotics & drug
interactions - Order entry & medication verification - Preferred
Skills: - Chemotherapy - Anticoagulation therapy - Pharmacokinetics
& renal dosing - Other: EPIC experience required K16 About
