Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Norfolk, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,542 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM, 3 × 12-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years pediatric experience License: Respiratory Therapist License in Virginia Certifications: RRT, PALS, NRP, BLS Must-Have: - Experience with vented patients in areas such as Emergency Department, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and general pediatric care. - Conduct diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and provide emergency care when needed. Description: We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist. The ideal candidate will have experience in NICU, PICU, and pediatric settings. They will conduct diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans. Providing emergency care when required is also a critical component of this role. Candidates must be RRT certified and hold PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications. A Virginia license must be in hand prior to starting the position.
