Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Richmond, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,289 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour; Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years in Emergency Room License: Active RN license required Certifications: CPI, TNCC, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Epic charting experience - Trauma Level I experience required - Travel experience required Description: This position involves providing care for adult patients in a dynamic emergency room setting. Candidates should have experience with high-acuity patients requiring skilled assessment and intervention. Responsibilities include management of critical care situations for various emergencies including trauma, burns, and medical conditions. The emergency room sees over 80,000 patient visits annually. Care will be provided to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover. Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role. All required certifications must be current and valid prior to starting employment. Full compliance with health and safety regulations is expected. Additional training modules may be assigned to enhance skills specific to the unit's needs.
