The preferred coverage includes clinic & OR 24hr call. Open dates: Reason for Coverage : Cardiothoracic Surgery Coverage Practice Setting : Office/ Hospital/ OR/ Rounding Call Schedule : After office hours and weekends Number of Operating Rooms: 1 Documentation System/EMR: Epic Patient Age Demographic: Adult 18 Scope of Services Required : Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery REQUIRED DUTIES/PROCEDURES Aortic Surgery Procedures Required: Descending Aortic Aneurysms Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization(With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Arterial Revascularization(Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Pericardial Window, Tube Thoracostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms Thoracic Endoscopy Procedures Required: Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, Thoracotomy Lung Resections and Pneumonectomy, Chest Wall Resection and Reconstruction, Mediastinal Surgery Vascular Surgery Procedures Required: Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, Heart Valve Replacement Without Surgery (CoreValve® System), Mitral Valve Repair
