Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with stepdown experience to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. This contract position allows you to apply your nursing skills in a specialized environment, delivering care to patients who require close monitoring and complex treatments after critical illness or surgery. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patients' conditions in a stepdown unit to detect changes in status promptly. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation following hospital protocols. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid RN license with experience in stepdown or progressive care units. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing patient conditions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
