Job Description:
Southern Health Partners is seeking a skilled and dedicated
Nursing Team Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals
in delivering exceptional medical services at our correctional
facilities. As a Nursing Team Manager, you will play a vital role
in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that our high
standards of patient care are met with professionalism and respect.
This position requires excellence in clinical skills, leadership,
and a commitment to innovative healthcare solutions tailored to the
unique environment of correctional facilities. Manage the
day-to-day operations of the nursing staff within the facility.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure
high-quality patient care. Coordinate with other medical
professionals and administrative staff to ensure effective patient
treatment. Provide training, supervision, and evaluation of staff
performance. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and
facility regulations concerning healthcare delivery. Manage patient
health records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
Address and resolve any issues related to patient care or staff
performance. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proven decision-making and
problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare
regulations and standards Ability to manage high-stress situations
and make critical decisions Medical Insurance Life Insurance
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred
