Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by
physicians Monitor patients' conditions and assess their vital
signs, documenting required information Provide physical and
emotional support to residents and their families Supervise nursing
aides and assistants Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and standards Participate in the development and
implementation of patient care plans Communicate effectively with
patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals Strong
clinical skills in a nursing home setting Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software
and systems Ability to work flexibly as per the PRN schedule
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina CPR certification
ACLS certification preferred
