Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Williamsburg, VA Agency: RadGov, Inc Pay: $2,300 to $2,500 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position RN Case Manager Location: 287 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23185 Period: February 23, 2026 – April 30, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some on?call required) Hours: 40 per week Weekly Pay Package: Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,324.68 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $1,200.00 Weekly Gross $2,524.68 Shift & Compensation Mileage reimbursement: $0.43 per mile Counties covered: Williamsburg, Yorktown, Gloucester, Hampton Roads, Poquoson, Charles City Current Virginia RN license or Compact RN license License Requirements Preferred Skills Hospice experience (required) HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience (preferred) Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of high?risk members Collaborate with primary care providers to implement individualized care plans Identify and reassess cost?efficient, appropriate levels of care Arrange non?medical support (housing, transportation) to ensure treatment compliance Coordinate care transitions with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and claims professionals Engage specialty resources to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain detailed records of clinical, functional, and fiscal outcomes Promote health and illness prevention opportunities Intervene quickly to minimize adverse patient outcomes Serve as patient advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license (Virginia or Compact) Case Management certification Strong ability to analyze complex medical information and make sound decisions Apply now to start your next travel adventure!
