Job Description:

are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor-Nurse RN
to oversee nursing operations within our facility. This role is
pivotal in maintaining our standards of care, ensuring compliance
with healthcare regulations, and leading our nursing staff towards
excellence in patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a
compassionate approach and a commitment to quality healthcare.
Oversee daily operations of the nursing department and ensure
compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
Coordinate and supervise patient care activities to ensure the
delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Manage staffing
schedules, patient assignments, and resource allocation
efficiently. Implement policies and procedures that further the
objectives of Encompass Health Corporation. Develop and maintain
positive relationships among staff, patients, and their families.
Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional
development and training for nursing staff. Monitor patient care
for quality assurance and implement improvements when necessary.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and hospital policies Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Ability to manage a diverse team
and resolve conflicts effectively Medical Insurance Dental
