relevant home health experience License: Valid driver's license
with a clean driving record Certifications: BLS required Must-Have:
Home health and Oasis experience Description: The Registered Nurse
will provide home health care services to patients. Candidates must
have experience in home health and Oasis documentation. A mileage
reimbursement will be provided at the standard IRS rate. Local
candidates are accepted at the same rate. The role requires working
Monday to Friday with every 4th weekend rotation. RNs should see a
minimum of 6 visits per day or 30 visits per week. The patient age
groups include adults and geriatrics. This position includes
interdisciplinary support from various therapy services. Charting
will be done in the EPIC system. Candidates must be prepared for a
busy workload. Additional skills may be required depending on
patient needs. All reference checks will be conducted before
