Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: • Work in CT department with 2 scanners (GE and Phillips) • Unit performs 80-100 scans per day • Typical procedures include ABD/PEL, biopsies, heads, spines, brains, chest, and CTAs • Work with GE and Phillips equipment • Use Meditech EMR system and GE Centricity PACS • Weekend and 24-hour call coverage required • Must have CT registry and current CT experience • Virginia state license required • ARRT-CT certification required • GE or Phillips experience preferred • Navy scrubs required • Must be able to multitask, adjust easily to change, and work as a team player • No floating to other areas required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive radiology department featuring advanced imaging technology including both GE and Phillips CT scanners.
