Job Description:
Agape Care Group, a leader in hospice and palliative care in the
Southeast, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to join our
multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be instrumental in
advancing our mission of providing dignified and compassionate care
by delivering expert training and education to our clinical staff.
This position offers the unique opportunity to directly impact the
quality of care and support we provide to our patients and their
families during pivotal moments of their lives. Develop, implement,
and evaluate educational programs and curriculum for clinical
staff. Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops aimed at
enhancing the skills and knowledge of our nursing and care staff.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in hospice and palliative
care practices to ensure our training materials reflect current
standards. Coordinate with healthcare providers and management to
assess training needs and effectiveness. Provide support and
mentorship to new staff members, ensuring they adapt well to our
care protocols and values. Oversee the maintenance of training
records and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation
requirements. Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care
principles and practices. Excellent teaching and communication
skills, both verbal and written. Ability to assess training needs
and translate that into effective educational programs. Proficiency
in using medical educational technologies and e-learning platforms.

in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN) preferred.
