practice with 4-day work week potential Patient-centered practice
with manageable daily census of 10 - 15 patients Modern clinic with
on-site x-ray and laboratory services Value-based care model

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule Board certification or
eligibility in internal medicine or geriatric medicine required
