hospital and only Level I trauma center Build a program within the
Division of Surgical Oncology and the Department of Surgery Enjoy a
1:5 call schedule with no ED or trauma call responsibilities Teach
medical students and residents as an integral part of the general
surgery training program Advance academic career through
publications, invited talks, and participation in academic
societies Create and develop a new colorectal surgery program from
the ground up Access collaborative research opportunities in both
clinical and basic science Practice broad-based general colorectal
surgery, including benign and malignant disease Develop practice
according to your interests and expertise areas Collaborate in a
multidisciplinary manner with colleagues across numerous
