Annashae is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management to individuals served and for consultation to staff at a facility near Portsmouth, VA. This work is of highly complex nature. All services and work performed shall be performed responsibly and shall be professional. All work performed will be supervised by the Medical Director. This position has an expected start date of early June 2023.
Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Must possess the capacity to effectively communicate and interact with clients
  
• Provides periodic training for the clinical staff
  
• Provides crisis/emergency evaluation and treatment

  Requirements:
  · Current, Valid Virginia license
  
  · US Citizen
  · MD or DO degree with completion in Residency in Psychiatry (and Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry)
  · Experience in providing outpatient Psychiatric Services
  · Board Certification in Psychiatry
  · Possession of a current, valid DEA
