We are a Nephrology Practice. Our mission is to provide Portsmouth and the surrounding area with quality and compassionate care. We are seeking a new Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Your role will be to provide excellent helathcare to our office and dialysis patients.. As a member of the clinical department, you will work with our three physicians and report to our practice manager. What You Will Do: See patients in our clinic Make rounds at the eight dialysis centers that we serve What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have less than a year of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Master's Degree Family Nurse Practitioner Chronic Disease Management Chronic Care Adult Health Why You'll Love Us: We are a small Nephrology practice looking to expand our team. We offer great work/life balance with a family like atmosphere. Salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year (plus bonus/commission).
