Director, Process Management - Connectivity SecurityAs a
Director of Process Management, you will lead a team in delivering
flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and
drive results. You serve as the leader and subject matter expert on
process improvement initiatives while collaborating with innovative
and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct
impact on the company's bottom line. You will monitor data trends
to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or
thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain
buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process
to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.The
Connectivity Security organization within the Cloud Operations
Resilience Engineering (CORE) line of business is seeking a
Director of Process Management. The Director will lead Operations &
Delivery Excellence while defining and implementing processes to
improve efficiencies around operational effectiveness through
creation and adoption of standards. Initiatives they drive include,
but are not limited to, Governance & Risk Controls, Critical
Metrics, OKR Management, Reporting, Communications, along with
People and Culture engagements.Responsibilities of this role may
include:
- Defining and mapping the key processes within the Connectivity
Security organization.
- Ability to communicate and influence partners across the
company and across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding
in this role.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to drive and motivate a
team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement
projects.
- Partnering with cross-functional and horizontal teams to
analyze performance data and identify improvement
opportunities.
- Being a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of the team
while leaning in to help the team to fill gaps.A successful
candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Strengths in leveraging relationships to influence Business,
Operations and partner groups on strategic and relevant issues and
topics.
- An established track record of exceptional horizontal influence
skills across various functions, levels, and organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to produce presentations to executive
leadership.
- Proven leader with the ability to drive results on large scale
deliverables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration
skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills.Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
- At least 5 years of Process or Program Management
experience.
- At least 3 years of People Management experience.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree.
- 8+ years of Process Management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working with technology leaders.
- 4+ years of People Management experience.
- Process or Project Management certification (Lean, Six Sigma,
PMP), Business Management certification.At this time, Capital One

for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work

is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for
part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number
of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $184,800 - $210,900 for
Director, Process Management.Richmond, VA: $168,000 - $191,700 for
Director, Process Management.Candidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
