Job Description:
A legal services provider is searching for a person to fill
their position for a Remote Vendor Management Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:Identifying,
reviewing, and acting upon key vendor and partner performance
indication dataSourcing and vetting potential new vendor and
attorney partnersRecruiting, onboarding, and maintaining
relationships with new and existing vendor and attorney
partnersSkills and Requirements Include: Excellent communication
skills (verbal and written) and customer service
experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including
Excel, Word, and OutlookMinimum two years of vendor management
and/or business partner management experienceProficiency in typing,
knowledge of basic computer functionsMust be comfortable
interacting with internal clients and stakeholders in a tactful
manner during high-pressure, time-sensitive situationsCapability to
understand and operate successfully within an action-based workflow
software system
