Job Description Job Description Molding Machine Operator | Full-Time We’re hiring Molding Machine Operators to support daily molding and casting production on 3rd shift . If you’ve worked with machines, tools, or in a fast?paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with a stable, well?established company. No certifications required — we provide training on molding equipment, mold setup, and defect troubleshooting. ? What You’ll Do Set up molds, dies, and tooling for molding or casting Operate molding machines and monitor cycle times Make basic adjustments to keep production running smoothly Identify and correct common issues (short shots, flashing, incomplete fill, surface defects) Perform routine mold cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance Inspect molded parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency Document production runs, mold changes, and adjustments Communicate equipment or material concerns to your supervisor ? What We’re Looking For Experience in injection molding, ceramic casting, or similar machine operation Ability to set up molds and follow alignment/clamping procedures Mechanical aptitude and comfort performing minor maintenance Ability to read work instructions and basic technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast?paced environment ? Nice to Have (Not Required) Machine operation or production line experience Knowledge of molding defects and troubleshooting Experience with blow molding, plastic molding, or extrusion Familiarity with changeovers, mold setup, or mechanical tools ? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
