Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hanover, NH to bring on Machine Maintenance Technicians! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth. Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician Location: Hanover, NH Pay: $24–$36 per hour depending on shift and experience Shifts: All shifts available (varies by department) Job Duties: • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues • Conduct regular inspections to identify wear, damage, or mechanical failures • Replace motors, belts, bearings, gears, sensors, switches, and basic electrical components • Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, machine manuals, and work orders • Assist with machine installations, setups, and calibrations • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation • Work with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous workflow • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area • Support improvement initiatives and help optimize machine performance Requirements: • Previous experience in machine maintenance, industrial repair, or mechanical troubleshooting • Strong understanding of mechanical systems; basic electrical knowledge preferred • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment • Able to lift 25–50 lbs as needed • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required If you are interested in this position, please apply with an updated resume!
