Job Description Job Description Entry?Level CNC Router Operator – Pre?Fabrication Shop Launch Your Manufacturing Career With Hands?On Training We’re looking for a dependable, detail?oriented individual to join our pre?fabrication shop as an Entry?Level CNC Router Operator . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and building a long?term career in manufacturing. Prior CNC experience is helpful but not required —we’re happy to train the right candidate. What You’ll Do Assist with operating CNC routers to cut and shape materials to specified dimensions Load and unload materials onto the machine Measure parts using tape measures and basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy Follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints Perform general shop and material?handling tasks Maintain a clean and safe work area What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications Willingness to learn CNC machinery and manufacturing processes Basic math and measuring skills (able to read a tape measure accurately) Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools and equipment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Preferred (But Not Required) Exposure to CNC machines, routers, or shop equipment Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to read simple blueprints or diagrams Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift Why You’ll Want to Work Here We’re a well?respected company with a strong reputation in our industry, and we invest in our employees’ success. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
