A full-time paraprofessional position is available at a middle school, serving a caseload that requires supporting students with diverse learning needs. This contract role extends from ASAP through June 2026, part of the current school year schedule, with an expected workweek ranging between 32 and 37.5 hours. Key responsibilities include: Providing direct instructional and behavioral support to middle school students. Assisting teachers in implementing classroom activities and individualized education plans. Supporting students with behavioral challenges, with prior experience in behavior management preferred. Maintaining a positive and structured learning environment to enhance student engagement and success. Qualifications and desired experience: Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a middle school setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in behavior support and management. Ability to work collaboratively with educators and staff to foster student development. Reliable, patient, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
