Job Description Job Description Summary Camp Turtle Trap is looking for you! Imagine spending your days, providing high quality learning experiences for children ages 2 to 8.Art, playground, special guests, activities and lots of fun - does this sound like a perfect fit for you? We are looking for responsible, enthusiastic and trustworthy individuals to serve as ·Lead Assistant Counselors, Playground Staff Morning and Afternoon Shifts Summer Camp is from June 1- August 14 Duties ·Maintains an open, friendly and cooperative relationship with each child and family ·Develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum (lead teachers only) ·Provides for the physical safety and well-being of each child, from arrival to departure ·Ensures licensing requirements are implemented Requirements ·Positive, reliable work ethic ·Passionate about working with children ·Meets/exceeds licensing requirements including: · TB Test ·Background Check ·Documentation of citizenship ·Physical ability to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations ·High school diploma or equivalent Nice To Haves ·Experience in early childhood education or related field ·Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher ·Current First Aid/CPR Certification ·Current Medication Administration Training (MAT) Benefits ·All levels of experience welcome to apply.
