Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a
licensed School Psychologist to support elementary students within
a school district in the Virginia Beach area. This contract
position spans from January 5, 2026, to June 16, 2026, with work
hours aligned to the school day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Candidates
open to full-time or part-time assignments will be considered.
Primary responsibilities include conducting psychological
assessments and participating in various student support meetings
such as Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD), re-evaluation, and
Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. The caseload will
focus on elementary-aged students and is currently being reviewed
for final assignment details. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: - State licensure as a School Psychologist - Active
Department of Education certification - Open to new graduates as
well as candidates with up to 10 years of experience - Ability to
work exclusively on-site; this role is not open to hybrid or remote
arrangements Location: - Elementary school setting within the
