Principal Associate, Enterprise Services Risk Guide - Enterprise

hiring! The Enterprise Services Business Risk Office provides risk
management support to several lines of business including: Brand,
Enterprise Supplier Management, Enterprise Products & Experience
(EPX), Software, External Affairs, eData, Global Workplace
Solutions, Emerging Payments, Ventures, and Tech. - As the risk
team for Enterprise Services Risk, we are on the cutting edge of
risk management and provide support for new and emerging
technologies as well as critical business strategies. Capital One

operating in a complex, highly regulated business.
-Responsibilities: -
- Serve as an Enterprise Services Risk Guide for our team risk
agenda supporting our leadership team in making informed decisions
for our business objectives
- Manage the Enterprise Services Risk and Issue portfolio
- Perform risk reviews during various processes such as Risk
Control and Self Assessments (RCSAs), Process Level Assessments
(PLA), Targeted Risk Assessments and recommend on risk mitigation
activities
- Research, assemble, and/or evaluate information regarding
industry practices or applicable regulatory changes affecting our
programs; recommend sound, practical solutions to complex
issues
- Makes recommendations regarding changes to policy, procedures,
and control programs to mitigate evolving risks
- Drive teams through Control Testing and provide sound judgment
and recommendations throughout the testing period
- Demonstrates sound lifecycle program management to include
documenting and communicating action plans, impediments and risks,
and stakeholder engagement.
- Influence our 2nd and 3rd line partners on key risks and
actions needed
- Develop risk analysis, perform deep dive investigations, and
drive specific risk initiatives to minimize risk posture and
strengthen overall control effectiveness and to reduce residual
risks
- Keeps pace with evolving cyber threat landscape to ensure
ongoing relevance for our risk mitigation strategies
- Support the Enterprise Services Risk organization by
implementing new and innovative ideas, including automation -
- Develop and maintain process documentation in your specific
scope of work
- Mange our Models and Computation Automation program for
Enterprise Services

Qualifications: -
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 3 years of experience in project, program, or process
managementPreferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and
interacting with internal stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with people across multiple
levels
- 3+ - years of experience in Business Process Management,
Project Management, or Risk Management
- 2+ years of experience in IT Risk Management
- 1+ years of Financial Services industry experience
- Project Management (PMP) or Program Management (PgMP)

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked.McLean, VA: $127,500 - $145,500 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk &
Analysis -Richmond, VA: $115,900 - $132,200 for Prin Assoc, Cyber
Risk & Analysis - - - - - - - - -Candidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
