SummaryYou will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the OM&S Property Management Branch of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA. You will lead and direct the execution as project/team leader to ensure the successful operation of supply program management to meet both immediate and long-term objectives.ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as subject matter expert for warehouse management processes, Navy ERP warehouse management functionality, and project stock.You will interpret and provide technical guidance in the application of supply management policies and operational guidance regarding methods and procedures.You will identify, report, and resolve deviations (e.g. cost projections, schedule, issues) to assure conformity with expected products and services and established parameters.You will maintain and manage inventories, assess operations, and conduct inspections/audits to assure viability and accountability of OMS system.You will serve as an advisor for managers regarding the technical and operational capability.You will serve as technical and operational point of contact for material management officials or logistic officials regarding the delivery of product and services.You will staff, develop, and lead a unit composed of technical and administrative personnel to include planning, organizing, and leading work efforts and training.You will perform the lead functions to include evaluating performance and ensure EEO standards.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience monitoring supply control systems to ensure program compliance with customer requirements and federal regulations. Examples of qualifying experience include: coordinating with customers to implement actions or guidance involving supply requirements; developing design specification, reviewing data processing systems supporting supply programs, and documenting additions, changes or deletion of customer requirements; and providing technical guidance in application of supplier/material quality assurance, policy and operational guidelines.
